Hiddenbrook Homes Association Annual Meeting 2026
The Annual Meeting of the Hiddenbrook Homes Association has been scheduled for Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 7:30PM at the clubhouse located at 1508-A Sadlers Wells Drive. The official notice of the annual meeting was mailed to all homeowners at the end of November.
In order to hold a successful meeting, we need a quorum of 99 homeowners to attend in person or vote via proxy by either mailing it, dropping it off, emailing it or completing it online.
There is one board of director position up for election and two candidates running for the 2026 Board of Directors. There are a few ways to complete the annual meeting proxy.

Online via the link below. If you choose a specific candidate on the proxy, this is considered instructed, and your proxy holder must vote as you state. If you do not wish to vote but want to be counted for quorum purposes only, then you do not need to select a candidate.

You may complete the paper proxy that was mailed to you and scan it or take a picture and email it to management at clientcare@integritycommunitymanagement.com.

You may complete the paper proxy and mail it to Integrity Community Management at PO Box 1919 Leesburg, VA 20177.

You may complete the paper proxy mailed to you and drop it off in the clubhouse mailbox located at 1508-A Sadlers Wells Drive.
If you plan to attend the meeting, you may vote in person via secret written ballot the night of the meeting. Only one ballot/proxy allowed per home. If two proxies are submitted for the same lot and differ in vote, both proxies will be voided. Below is a link to the candidate biographies. The electronic proxy form link was sent out via email or you may request from management at the email above.
