Hiddenbrook is a homeowners association located in Herndon, Virginia.
Our community was built in the early 1970s with 393 traditional- and contemporary-style homes. We are close to excellent schools and convenient shopping, and offer our residents membership in our community swim and tennis club.

AMENDMENTS TO THE BYLAWS
On February 26th, the Board of Directors hosted a Town Hall where, together with Management and Legal Counsel, we were available to answer questions the membership had regarding the proposed amendments to our Bylaws. There was no vote taken that evening on the proposed amendments; a mailing will be sent out in the near future to advise how to vote in favor or against these proposed changes. There will be paper voting as well as electronic voting available.
The Board of Directors has worked closely with the Association’s Legal Counsel to prepare some suggestions for possible amendments to our Bylaws which will both bring our documents in alignment legally with the Property Owners’ Association Act and Non-Stock Corporation Act but may also support more consistency in our work. In addition to this, the Board wanted to better protect the Association by ensuring that Board Directors who are removed by the community are ineligible to serve on the Board again.
If you support these changes, PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO VOTE. In order to enact these changes, it will require 25% of the membership to vote in favor.

additional help on the Communications Committee and Clubhouse but we welcome all volunteers.
