Hiddenbrook is a homeowners association located in Herndon, Virginia.
Our community was built in the early 1970s with 393 traditional- and contemporary-style homes. We are close to excellent schools and convenient shopping, and offer our residents membership in our community swim and tennis club.

NEWS AND UPCOMING EVENTS
ANNUAL ELECTIONS 2027
We will have FOUR Board director positions open for the 2027 Annual Election in January. Two positions will be for three-year terms, one for two years, and another for one year. The candidates who receive the most votes will be given the longer terms.
The reason that we have so many positions to fill is that we have two directors whose terms are expiring which would lead to the full 3 year terms. The other two positions that are open are due to the Board needing to appoint directors at the 2026 Annual Members’ meeting. This happened because we did not have enough votes submitted during the annual meeting to have a valid election. Appointed directors continue in their position until the subsequent annual meeting when that position becomes open for new candidates.
If you are a member in good standing or not otherwise ineligible to run for the Board, please consider submitting an application for candidacy.
AMENDMENTS TO THE BYLAWS
The Special Members Meeting to allow in-person voting (if you didn't already vote electronically or via absentee ballot) took place at the Clubhouse on July 14th, 2026. All votes have been tallied and all amendments passed!
These amendments to the bylaws are not allowed to be changed or rescinded in the future without the vote of the Membership.
The bylaws will be updated and added to the documents section of the website as soon as possible. Details regarding the vote will be included in the August Mainstream.

additional help on the Communications Committee and Clubhouse but we welcome all volunteers.
