Having an Event?

The Hiddenbrook Clubhouse is available for rent by Hiddenbrook residents and Swim & Tennis members.  The clubhouse room is 30ft x 50ft, has 17 rectangular tables, 100 chairs, and kitchen for your enjoyment. It also has several large glass doors, a beautiful wood vaulted ceiling and decks for outdoor entertaining.
The clubhouse accommodates 75 people.

Resident or Swim and Tennis Member Rates
$250 for a full day rental. No half day or hourly rentals are available.​

There is a $500.00 deposit that is refundable if no damage is incurred, the facility is left clean and the terms of the contract are  properly followed.
